Reyna Gillahan, born October 23, 1974, in Centerville, Tennessee, passed away tragically on October 10, 2025, in the AES explosion. She left this earth far too soon, but the love she poured into her family will live on forever.
Reyna was the true definition of strength — a hardworking woman, a devoted mother, and a deeply loving grandmother. Her life revolved around her family. She was proud to be the wife of Rogelio Cantù, and the beloved mother of Rosalina Gillahan, Marco Gillahan, and Holly Brown. She was also a cherished grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren, each one the light of her life.
She is survived by her loving siblings Jenny, Lou, Mel, Jojo, and Angie, who will forever remember her laughter, her loyalty, and the way she protected her family with her whole heart.
Reyna was the person everyone turned to — the one who showed up, no matter the time or circumstance. She worked tirelessly without ever needing praise, loving her children and grandchildren with a love so powerful it could be felt in every hug, every meal she cooked, every moment of comfort she gave. Her warmth filled every room. Her voice, her presence, her love — impossible to replace.
The suddenness of her passing has left an ache that words can hardly hold. She did not deserve to leave this world the way she did — but her strength, her love, and her story will never be forgotten. Her legacy lives on in every life she touched.
Reyna will be forever missed, forever honored, and forever loved.
