Annette Givens Jenkins, Age 76 of Lebanon, TN passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025 surrounded by family.
She is the daughter of the late William P. Givens and Helen Gardner Givens. She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Amy) Jenkins, Mike(Cindy) Dugger; daughter Kelly(Stanley) Averitt; sister Melinda(Gregg) Perry and brother Will Givens. She was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Annette was a graduate of Antioch High School class of 1966. She attended Cosmetology School and later worked in book bindery. She loved cheering on the Nashville Predators, the Titans, and Nascar. No funeral services are planned, but a family celebration of life will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
